- Proven Salesforce Administration expertise (certification preferred)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up environment

What the job involves
- This key role plays a vital part in Normative's growth
- You'll be the mastermind behind our Revenue Operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a seamless user experience across all revenue-generating activities
- You'll be the go-to person for all things Revenue Operations. You'll bridge the gap between current state and future goals, leading the charge on process improvement and system implementation
- Own Salesforce Administration, driving strategic implementation and ensuring compliance
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize requirements, and define the path to process improvement
- Champion process changes, developing clear communication and user-friendly training materials
- Troubleshoot user issues, maintain data integrity, and implement automation solutions
- Evaluate and implement new revenue operations tools
- Collaborate across departments, fostering a strong understanding of the interconnected business environment
- Think strategically, translate requirements into actionable plans, and champion continuous improvement
