Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Willingness to learn and code in Typescript
- Experience with developing and maintaining highly scalable and reliable microservices
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and APIs
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, GCP/AWS)
- A bias for action, strong ownership, and a passion for clean, pragmatic code
- Experience in leading technical projects (3-9 months horizon)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Curiosity and openness to work with AI-assisted coding tools

- As a Backend Engineer (f/m/d)* on the Conversational Platform, you will enable human-like conversations on any channel with low latency and high extensibility

- Optimize system performance for low latency, high throughput, and reliability
- Collaborate across teams to integrate machine learning components into production systems
