- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and world class organizational skills

What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Nothing, you will play an important role in our global recruiting strategy.
- You will support the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates across our international offices in London, Dubai, Gurgaon and other regions across the US and EU. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, enhancing our ability to attract top talent in the tech industry
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Deliver and facilitate an amazing candidate experience consistently
- Assist in designing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of different departments and regions
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Support our employer brand strategy through collaboration with our international teams
- Support the Nothing's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, developing a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
- Conduct background checks and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Gather and analyse data on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process continuously

The company launched a follow-up device called Nothing Ear in 2024, a wireless headphone with Chat GPT integrations. If this is as well received as its predecessor then Nothing could grow into a household name.
