Who you are

3+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years in production Flutter apps
Strong mastery of Flutter / Dart, including widget lifecycle, rendering, layout, and performance
Solid understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, etc.)
Experience designing modular, maintainable architecture, managing caching, persistence
Proficiency with test-driven development, writing unit & integration tests
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment to iOS / Android app stores
Ability to profile and diagnose performance issues, memory leaks, crashes
High ownership mindset, comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup

Desirable

Familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, GraphQL, REST, databases)
Prior experience in health / regulated industries (data privacy, security, compliance)
Experience scaling mobile teams, guiding architecture across multiple apps
Familiarity with Google Firebase or similar mobile/web app development platforms
Web development experience

What the job involves

Lead the full mobile app lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, release, monitoring, maintenance
Build and evolve cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for iOS and Android
Integrate with backend APIs, AI/ML models, and third-party services
Make architectural decisions around state management, data persistence, offline support, caching and modularisation
Ensure high performance, smooth UI animations, efficient memory usage, and low battery impact
Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests; help improve test coverage
Enhance CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment
Instrument analytics, error reporting, and performance monitoring
Perform code reviews, and help establish coding standards
Contribute to product roadmap discussions from a mobile / technical perspective

Globally, it is estimated that over 78 million people are living with dementia, yet cognitive care has yet to see a revolution. Punto Health is setting out to change that by building a platform that connects patients, families and providers to empower continuous support.

The company has two products. Through PuntoCare, it supplies a personalised AI assistant for patients and carers that can propose care plans and recommendations on healthy habits, as well as cognitive and physical exercises. PuntoClinic is an app for providers to manage and monitor their patients, as well as remotely screen to select patients for clinical trials.
