Staff People Experience Business Partner, Shield AI

• This role is ideal for a business-first HR leader who understands how engineering organizations create value
• You bring deep experience supporting Software Engineering, AI/ML, Product Engineering, or Platform teams and know how to align talent strategy with velocity, quality, and long-term technical capability
• You are operationally strong, analytically driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You simplify complexity, build scalable systems, and influence with credibility
• Most importantly, you understand that exceptional talent, strong technical leadership, and effective team design are the foundation of product and innovation success
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of Engineering, Product, or technical organizations
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior Engineering leaders in a scaling organization
• Experience operating within a global People function that includes COEs and Shared Services
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, job architecture, and leveling for engineering roles
• Experience leveraging HCM systems and people analytics to drive insights and decision-making
