Who you are
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. It would help you navigate complex technical environments and develop solutions that align with client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and understandably to various audiences, including those who may need a technical background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational knowledge is crucial for understanding the complex technical aspects of our product
What the job involves
- As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the technical leader and trusted advisor for your assigned accounts, independently managing complexity across enterprise Kubernetes environments and building the deep, long-term relationships that drive real outcomes
- This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing company where your work will be visible from day one
- Our customer-obsessed technical account management team is dedicated to delivering world-class assistance to our clients
- They are the bridge between our customers and the wider Cast AI organization, representing the customer’s voice to Cast AI and the voice of Cast AI to the customer
- The team ensures that our customers are successful in their use of our platform
- Technical Leadership – Be the trusted technical advisor and first point of escalation for your customers, orchestrating resources to drive customer delight
- Customer Onboarding – Lead technical onboarding, ensuring all clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days, working closely with DevOps engineers and SREs
- Renewals & Growth – Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with Account Managers through continuous, proactive value delivery
- FinOps Business Reviews – Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (remote and in-person), showcasing cost savings, automation wins, and new product capabilities

Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. Cast AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
Cast AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. Cast AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud and AI technologies, Cast AI has continued to strengthen its position through global expansion and enterprise adoption. The company recently introduced OMNI Compute, a unified compute control plane designed to optimize workloads and PGU usage across cloud providers, while also surpassing a $1B valuation following strategic investment to support its long-term growth and international expansion.
