Who you are

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields
Sales Knowledge: BDR experience, along with training, instructional design, and sales closing experience is preferred

Ontra is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist reporting to our Director of GTM Enablement
We’re looking for someone who is excited to empower our Business Development Representatives through dynamic onboarding, deliver impactful ongoing training, and enhance the Sales team’s strategy and process for successfully sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities
If you are a passionate sales strategist with a knack for energizing and interactive presentations, and possess a deep understanding of the SaaS sales process and thrive in cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to get to know you!
Onboarding Program Management: Lead the Business Development Representatives (BDR) onboarding program, ensuring a seamless and effective integration into the sales team
Sales Skills Training: Develop, deliver, and update training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills, strategy, and process to improve effectiveness in sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities
Product Knowledge Expertise: Provide comprehensive training on the solutions’ impacts and benefits to empower the team with essential product knowledge needed for successful customer engagements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content that aligns with overall company objectives and strategies
Trusted Resource: Serve as the go-to mentor and resource for BDRs, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their role and development
