Role
Who you are
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in administration or office management
- A passion for maintaining an exceptional office environment
- An approachable can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Resourceful mindset that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other technologies
What the job involves
- This is a part-time contract position
- As Office Coordinator, you support a positive and productive workplace by overseeing daily office operations, facility’s needs, vendors, and weekly lunches
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist accounting with check deposits
- Support new-hire onboarding by coordinating facility-related items (office supplies, Caltrain passes, security badges, etc.)
- Contact building management on facilities-related issues
- Implement cleaning schedules, coordinate cleanliness standards, and conduct routine office maintenance
- Order company lunches and all snack and beverage purchases
- Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies
- Set up conference rooms for presentations, meetings, classes, and other events
- Support in coordinating celebratory events and happy hours

Students can benefit from personalized homework help videos and test preparation tools which count toward college credit, whilst teachers and parents can access a one-on-one tuition marketplace, lesson planning tools, and homeschooling curriculums.
Whilst education facilities are beginning to integrate their curriculums into e-learning resources across the world, Study.com has recognized that students and teachers need a more unified solution for studying, covering everything from tutorials and lesson plans to private tuition. Through its platform, the company aims to improve the e-learning experience for K12 and college students, whilst simultaneously helping teachers to improve lessons and find new clients.
