Who you are

8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing. 2+ years of experience at a tech company (FinTech a plus but not required). Experience in both product-led growth and enterprise sales is ideal
Extensive understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing best practices
Has a solid understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software and an appetite to learn new tools. Bonus if you’re familiar with tools such as 6sense, Demandbase and Terminus
Proven experience partnering with sales teams and leading complex, cross-team initiatives
A natural storyteller with data, exhibiting strong analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze KPIs; familiarity with SQL is a plus
A record of creating effective, cross-channel campaigns and leading by experimentation

What the job involves

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading targeted, cross-channel campaign strategies to improve lead quality and close rates
You’ll partner closely with sales and marketing on developing a lead scoring model and account-based marketing strategy
Establish goals for qualified lead volume and build a marketing experimentation and campaign plan to reach those goals
Partner with marketing ops on developing a model to define, capture and measure leads, MQLs, and SQLs. Define intent signals to be used for campaign personalization and outreach
Collaborate with the sales team to define ideal customer profiles. Use data and insights to identify characteristics of high-value accounts.Develop, monitor and launch cross-channel ABM and demand generation campaigns across paid and owned channels (content, email, social, events), with the goal of generating and nurturing leads to the point where they’re ready for a sales call
Partner with the performance marketing team on paid marketing approach for re-engaging high quality leads
Establish experimentation roadmap for A/B testing tactics, landing pages, and marketing messages
Regularly share out business impact of Demand Generation programs. Set goals for continuing to improve and optimize the funnel
Champion and educate the broader company on best practices around personalization and growth tactics
