Who you are
- Demonstrated prowess as an analyst in B2B software, ideally within the SaaS landscape or high-growth technology firms, showcasing your ability to thrive in innovative environments
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, enabling you to unearth insights and drive impactful decisions through data-driven analysis
- A profound enthusiasm for delving into the depths of data and translating your discoveries into compelling insights that resonate with our business partners
- Exposure to data visualization techniques and hands-on experience with reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI advantageous
- A natural aptitude for planning and managing your workload effectively, allowing you to anticipate future needs, meet deadlines consistently, and navigate challenges seamlessly
- SalesForce Experience including Custom Report Creation Advantageous

What the job involves
- If you're a data analysis wizard with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, we want you to join our team and drive our success forward
- In this role you will be an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of Global Sales
- You will work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Product and other Revenue Operations team members to deliver impactful narratives to a senior audience
- Spearhead GTM reporting initiatives, establishing reliable recurring and ad hoc reporting channels in the most efficient manner possible
- Take full ownership of RevOps GTM Analytics, implementing cutting-edge business intelligence strategies that propel us toward our goals
- Craft and manage GTM Insight packs, streamlining processes through intelligent automation
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards tailored to Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and Sales Leadership, ensuring they have the insights they need to excel
- Dive deep into key business data, identifying, cleaning, and analyzing to uncover valuable insights
- Ensure the integrity of our data through rigorous validation processes and proactively create new data streams where necessary
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to drive business planning, refine strategies, and implement process improvements across all sales areas
- Engineer intelligent data models that not only reflect our current performance but also pave the way for future success
Our take
Traditionally, shipment tracking has been complicated, unreliable and expensive. Tive’s platform allows businesses to constantly track and update their supply chain to enable a dynamic and flexible approach to international commerce.
Tive’s system is based around sensors that accompany shipments, allowing real-time product tracking with data uploaded to the cloud. This system allows clients access to location, shipment integrity and climate status, allowing businesses to better understand how their products are shipped.
Tive serves customers across the shipping industry, a huge market that is still on the rise. This has fuelled its expansion, with the company already having clients ranging from consumer packaged goods, logistics, produce, and retail, including Alpine Fresh, Fastly, and Aviagen. $40 million in 2025 Series C funding will help Tive bring even more solutions to its growing customer base.
