• Working in healthcare is not a prerequisite, but you will have to be willing to learn fast and apply your knowledge

• Take full ownership of the product roadmap - aligning business, clinical and user needs into one coherent, but flexible, plan
• Possess the ownership mentality to drive product discovery, development, launch and distribution
• Drive product feature prioritisation across teams with a strategic mindset and calm confidence, balancing being bold with the doable
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Care and Operations to ship high quality features
• Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the success of product components and the hypotheses you need to prove along the way
• Translate clinical complexity into simple products that clinicians trust and our patients love
• Turn real-world problems into meaningful and impactful features, you’ll bring insights across the healthcare landscape to shape Suvera’s future
• Constantly refine what ‘better’ means, using data, insights and a good dose of instinct
• Champion our users - patients, clinicians and internal teams and make sure they’re always heard
