- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer experience, specifically within payments

- A highly curious individual who wants to get to the source of anything even the least bit fishy
- Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, or processors
- Familiarity with fraud detection systems and chargeback management tools
What the job involves
- Self-sufficiency is key to success in this position on this expanding team. Experience in, fraud management, onboarding, chargeback responses, dispute resolution and card network compliance are required for this role
- Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues
- Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi’s financial interests
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity
- Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity
- Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
