What the job involves

  • We are seeking a proven Integrated Marketing Manager to help scale our Enterprise segment, including supporting priority industries such as retail, apparel, automotive, and logistics
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across channels and tactics that drive pipeline, build awareness, and accelerate opportunities to close
  • This is a new role and will be responsible for both actively deploying programs that contribute to pipeline goals as well as establishing this function within the organization
  • You will work closely with sales, product, and the marketing team to build and scale our marketing efforts
  • This role requires hands-on project management, excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel growth
  • Develop integrated marketing plans, channel plans, and demand generation campaigns designed to hit pipeline and revenue targets
  • Partner closely with sales and product teams to bring innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels with consistent brand and messaging
  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, leading the development of integrated channel plans, and cascading go-live dates and shifts to timing to cross-functional teams in a timely manner
  • Own & drive execution within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
  • Manage budget and investment allocation across channels that maximize results
  • Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and participate as a solution-oriented team member

Crucially, the platform doesn’t require data sharing to create global intelligence, instead using a federated machine learning approach.
