- 5-7 years of relevant and related marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
- Consistent track record of developing integrated marketing programs that deliver on pipeline targets

- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Hubspot, and reporting platforms
- Available to travel up to 20% of the time
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proven Integrated Marketing Manager to help scale our Enterprise segment, including supporting priority industries such as retail, apparel, automotive, and logistics
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across channels and tactics that drive pipeline, build awareness, and accelerate opportunities to close
- This is a new role and will be responsible for both actively deploying programs that contribute to pipeline goals as well as establishing this function within the organization
- You will work closely with sales, product, and the marketing team to build and scale our marketing efforts
- This role requires hands-on project management, excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel growth
- Develop integrated marketing plans, channel plans, and demand generation campaigns designed to hit pipeline and revenue targets
- Partner closely with sales and product teams to bring innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels with consistent brand and messaging
- Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, leading the development of integrated channel plans, and cascading go-live dates and shifts to timing to cross-functional teams in a timely manner
- Own & drive execution within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
- Manage budget and investment allocation across channels that maximize results
- Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
- Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships and participate as a solution-oriented team member

Crucially, the platform doesn’t require data sharing to create global intelligence, instead using a federated machine learning approach. A number of other headline enterprises and government agencies are already on the company's customer roster.
With companies looking to recoup some of the $4T reportedly lost in supply chain disruptions over recent years, and the push for global databases getting stronger, logistics startups are having a fruitful investment period. Altana is crafting a remarkable product at a highly marketable time, and with good uptake so far. Backed by substantial funding, Altana is set for a strong few years.
