Risk Operations Analyst, GoDaddy

• 3+ years working in the fraud or risk industry
• 3+ years working in a queue-based environment or support environment
• 2+ years working with payments and e-commerce
• Strong willingness to learn and expand fraud and risk knowledge
• Demonstrate strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the company

• This position will require working Thursday - Monday in the PT time zone 9AM PT – 5:30PM PT. Work days are Thursday - Monday
• Join the Global Payments team at GoDaddy to evolve our merchant payment platform which is responsible for processing more than $5B in payments and $300M in payouts to customers
• Work in a fast-paced queue environment to review high-risk transactions and account activity
• Mitigate risk and fraud exposure through detailed merchant investigations by collecting and analyzing business/account information and documentation
• Identify and flag developing fraud and risk trends
• Provide feedback and solutions to help improve our risk workflows and to support our merchants with a seamless world-class experience
• Maintain production and quality operational targets
