Role

Who you are

  • Proven experience in consultative sales approach with a focus on enterprise-level clients, particularly in SaaS or FinTech
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in retail or e-commerce sectors within the Spanish market is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align sales strategies with organizational objectives
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Native level of Spanish and working knowledge of English

  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and maximize value
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple touchpoints and aligning internal teams
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Track performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
