Who you are
- We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity

- Advanced language skills in Polish and English
- 1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Credibility & value proposition: the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology
- Candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Business acumen: ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers
- Accountability: demonstrate a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work
What the job involves
- Workday is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team here in our Dublin offices
- This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required
- In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
- Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications
- You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies
