Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with customer onboarding tools, internal admin systems, and light SQL experience preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy for customers and a bias toward action and clarity
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Lead for a key role on our Advanced Builder Team (ABT), responsible for managing the onboarding and activation of our most strategic customers
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs, high-quality onboarding, and quick time-to-value for customers
- Own onboarding execution for new Enterprise clients including kickoff, walkthrough, and training sessions
- Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure customer progress toward value realization
- Maintain active visibility into onboarding pipelines and unblock stuck accounts
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product on technical feature setup including SSO, conversion pixels, and custom domains
- Leverage internal tooling for onboarding workflows and proactively identify opportunities to streamline onboarding with Product
