RF Test Engineer, Eridan

• A successful RF Test Engineer will be a creative and flexible individual with a mastery of test equipment, automation software, and electronic design and manufacturing
• Given our anticipated growth, a RF Test Engineer at Eridan must be willing to learn new techniques quickly and be able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• We are looking for data driven individuals who are comfortable working with a cross-disciplinary approach to solve problems independently as well as in a team
• We look for engineers with persistence, curiosity, and excellent communication skills
• 3+ years of experience as a RF Test Engineer or similar role
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant field
• Ability to write test software in C#. Additional languages are a plus (i.e. Python, C, C++, etc.)
• Solid foundation of comms theory and signal processing

Desirable

• As an RF Test Engineer at Eridan you will play a critical role in supporting the upcoming deployment of our commercial product
• Work closely with design and production teams to define the specific test requirements
• Develop test software solutions to automate data collection and reports
• Publish and maintain progress to schedules and testing status
• Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems
• Run tests through all stages of component and final product
• Analyze test results, identify potential malfunctions, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements
• Debug product in the lab. Investigations include hardware, software, firmware, and fixturing
• Create test docs (DVT & PVT)
• Maintain test database, documenting technical issues, and solutions
