What the job involves

  • The Sales Development Representative is responsible for following up on leads and building pipeline for sellers across all of Motorola's North American Government Sales organization. We represent all of Motorola Solution's products and endeavor to help our customers in their quest of "Solving for Safer" by using our end-to-end suite of safety products
  • The Sales Development Representative is a key contributor in a rapid growth company while representing a product suite that makes an impact on people's lives. Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security
  • Run call cadences to educate our future customers on the value our solutions bring and drive interest in an initial conversation
  • Ask smart, targeted questions to build rapport with our prospects and identify opportunities
  • Focus on targeted outbound lists
  • Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals within a territory you support to find, develop and build key stakeholder interest, and crystalize the needs of the organization across multiple customer profiles and buyer groups
  • Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel
  • Record prospect interactions and update records within Salesforce
