• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, or Business Operations
• At least 2 years of experience in a cloud-based data or AI company, ideally with exposure to data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML platforms, or cloud services
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience using Salesforce dashboards and reports is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales leadership, supporting the design and execution of strategic sales programs that deliver high-quality pipeline and ACV growth
• You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders to understand business needs, and partner cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Finance, and Product to build and operationalize scalable sales programs
