Who you are
- The right candidate will be able to quickly learn the established processes for handling incoming requests, while finding opportunities for additional documentation and process improvement
- A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, IT or related field at an accredited university or college
- Strategically minded. You are excited to learn the ins and outs of different media channels and the best ways to leverage them to achieve goals
- Organized and processed. To stay ahead, we have to stay efficient and that requires being able to thoroughly document and follow the right process
- Data-driven. You want to understand data to help unearth insights to increase performance
- Strong communicator and collaborator. You love putting heads together to develop tactics and know it’s important to keep everyone updated along the way
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to build relationships, deliver agreed upon results, and problem solve to find the right solution
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience balancing multiple tasks while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback
- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying potential roadblocks in advance, and proposing tangible solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, digging into data and activity history to identify root cause
- Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter - highly accountable and communicative
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo & RingLead) is a plus
What the job involves
- This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025
- Pluralsight is seeking a hardworking, operationally-minded marketer with a passion for technology and a desire to learn about marketing operations to join as our new Marketing Operations Intern
- You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign operations and lead management activities, expanding your knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring and routing processes, and diving into data quality and analytics initiatives
- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, you will partner with team members across the marketing, business development and analytics teams
- Assist in the set-up, testing and deployment of marketing campaigns within our marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo & Salesforce)
- Provide data analysis and reporting support to track the effectiveness of campaigns and lead follow-up with Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards
- Contribute to the enablement of the marketing and business development teams through creation of written and video process documentation
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of lead scoring and routing processes in Marketo and RingLead
