Who you are

  • 3+ years related experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of quota attainment
  • Expertise selling within the Security & Investigations space is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high initiative, high autonomy environment is critical for success; you are a resourceful problem-solver!
  • Must love prospecting! Our most successful Account Executives generate their own opportunities too
  • Experience managing multi-threaded deal cycles with the ability to close consistently
  • Experience within the technology field is preferred; passion for solving business problems with technology is a must
  • You know the value of customer loyalty and can effectively anticipate needs, establish clear goals, and facilitate rapport

What the job involves

  • To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our collaborative & fun Security & Investigations (S&I) Sales team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with the most well-known organizations in the North American market, through an enterprise sales motion, helping them successfully reach their goals

  • Resolver is a high-growth SaaS company whose intuitive, no-code platform gives our customers a clear picture of their risks so they can make quick and effective decisions. As a part of the Resolver team, your work will help transform risk management to risk intelligence so organizations can protect people and assets and deliver on their purpose
  • Measures of Success: Win Rate, Recurring Revenue, Lead to Opportunity Conversions, Demos and Discovery calls
  • Outbound prospecting: you'll source leads, research and connect via outbound calls, networking events, emails and other social media platforms to articulate value
  • Encourages real and transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges. You’re trying to find a customer-centric solution for key business needs
  • You’re a builder and you’ll be working closing with key internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
  • Measures of Success: Building business cases and proposals, knowledge of market/industry, connecting with internal stakeholders, and working with existing customer references
  • Develops plans for growth within the region by combining commercial acumen with local relationships
  • Market research through multi-channel sources to stay on-top of prospects and the competitive landscape
  • Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to the target customers
  • Measures of Success: Forecasting accuracy, accurate and up- to-date CRM data, mapping of decision makers and stakeholders, defining an impactful 'new reality', and call to action
  • Forecasting months in advance to achieve the best results – you’re in it to win it!
  • Capturing and documenting data using Salesforce and completing required fields for leads and early state opportunities
  • Collaborating with the team to find and assess gaps plus provide insights and knowledge on how to progress opportunities
  • Identifies, develops and creates new qualified sales opportunities from leads

Our take

Resolver, formerly Crisp, is a pre-eminent name in the now-crowded field of social media monitoring services. The company was founded with the objective of identifying internet-based threats to children, and has since evolved into a provider of wider digital marketing services for its clients through the use of sophisticated artificial intelligence tools and a growing team of analysts.

After an acquisition by U.S. risk giant Kroll in 2024, Resolver is looking to synergise its services with its new parent company. Combining AI technology and real-time alerts with Kroll’s risk advisory expertise should significantly expand the value of Kroll’s offerings.

Perhaps the biggest reason for Resolver's former iteration as Crisp's success to date is its roots in online harm-detection. For example, the reputation it has built through operating in environments where analysts simply cannot make mistakes has been crucial to winning the trust of over 1000 brands. Resolver must hope that under new ownership, that reputation will be furnished rather than diluted.
