What the job involves

Kiddom is transforming how K–12 schools and districts engage with high-quality curriculum through a flexible, digital-first platform
As our product offering grows, we need a Product Operations Associate who will own and maintain our Master Product List
This role will manage the full lifecycle of our digital and physical products and ensure every product is accurately represented and up to date across multiple systems and selling tools
You will report directly to the Director of Accounting, who also oversees cross-functional product operations related to product data, quoting, and fulfillment, and you will partner with key stakeholders in Content, Supply Chain, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Sales
Own and manage the Master Product List cleanup project across Excel, Salesforce and Netsuite. This includes data auditing, review, clean up and implementation. You have excellent excel skills and feel comfortable reviewing large data sets. You are methodical in how you approach repetitive tasks
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Curriculum, Content, Supply Chain, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure products are accurately scoped, tracked, and maintained
Implement and enforce strong product data hygiene practices; flag and resolve discrepancies, outdated information, or process inefficiencies; partner with Revenue Operations to ensure only validated products are available in quoting tools
Proactively catch errors before they become issues — you bring an auditor’s mindset to every task

Our take

Digital education has become an increasing reality in recent years. Whilst services such as Zoom have provided platforms for remote teaching, the minimal functionality of such services has outlined the lack of digital engagement tools that classrooms require.

Kiddom develops a collaborative learning platform for K-12 schooling that aims to provide integrated solutions to not only remote teaching but also in-person school and homework assignments. The platform allows teachers to assign tasks and to collaborate with students on them, whilst the software gathers data to provide insights on student engagement and performance.

The startup currently provides its services to individual teachers for free, but solutions for inter-institutional curriculums come at an annual subscription fee. Kiddom’s approach aims to provide solutions and fill the gap between remote and in-school teaching, at the same time as integrating student analytics to optimize and personalize the way students are educated.
