• A proven ability to serve as a skilled problem solver and coach, adept at navigating complex hiring challenges, facilitating thoughtful decision-making
• Track record of using data-driven insights to inform and refine your recruiting strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for tailoring messages to diverse audiences
• Experience managing complex and high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation skills paired with an in-depth understanding of the talent market

• Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment partnership across go-to-market (GTM) and technical (EPD) teams
• Drive and lead the full lifecycle process, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders
• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and build structured interview processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
• Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions to align with business goals
• Take ownership of sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in GTM, product, and/or engineering domains
• Mentor and influence hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making
• Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
• Work from the San Francisco office 3x per week to build strong in-person relationships and team alignment
