Who you are
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 10+ years of sales development experience who has worked in fast-paced SaaS organizations using the latest sales tech and martech tools
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting
- Time Management: Ability to keep track of and deliver against deadlines
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present findings
- Tech-Savvy, CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales related SaaS tools (e.g., Linkdedin Sales Navigator, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, …) is required
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Sales Experience: Substantial prior experience leading a sales development team is required

- We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, mid-career level individual with a bias for action to join our team as Director, Sales Development
- In this role you will play a critical role in growing and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and provide meaningful contribution to the company’s overall revenue (and growth) goals
- You will gain valuable experience selling leading edge technology with very strong market demand by using the latest SaaS tools to help deliver on your revenue goals
- Leadership: Lead, coach, build and manage a team of SDRs. The Director of Sales Development has a track record of building and leading sales development teams. This individual also has the ability and experience in working with 3rd party SDR teams - and managing day-to-day progression of leads from Marketing to the appropriate SDRs and AEs
- Tech stack: Work with other teams in sales and IT to proactively identify and propose fixes for integration challenges between various tech stack elements - ensuring SDR success
- Coaching: Provide effective coaching to SDRs with actionable plans to improve day-to-day activities - translating to better SDR performance
- Sequences: Lead the creation and day-to-day implementation of sequences in partnership with the Marketing function. The ideal candidate embraces industry best practice for sequence development, implementation and experimentation: “one sequence is never enough, new sequences are required as conditions change, and sequences are improved based on what the data tells us (e.g., A/B testing)”
- Metrics and KPIs: Stellar ability in defining and tracking predictive metrics and KPIs that describe the health of this function and of the business, as well as health of the business metrics
- Sales Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for sequences, sales processes, guidelines, and best practices
