What the job involves
- We’re seeking a Customer Support Agent responsible for supporting our ATM customers by registering users, increasing buy limits, helping customers complete transactions at our ATMs, answering questions regarding cryptocurrency, initiating compliance investigations, and addressing technical issues with the terminals themselves
- Supporting our ATM customer base via phone and chat
- Registering new users
- Validating customers who want to increase buy limits
- Handling any functional questions regarding the usage of our terminals
- Answering customer crypto questions
- Completing all expected training to continue to grow and validate their abilities
- Adhering to all performance expectations documented in the Customer Support Confluence page
- Other duties as assigned

Our take
Believing in the benefits of briging cryptocurrency to a broader audience, CoinFlip has been providing a network of Bitcoin ATMs since 2015, with over 4,000 now located across the US and Canada.
Since its inception the company has stood out among competitors with its low fees, up to 30% lower than its larger rivals General Bytes and Genesis Coin. However, the company's vision reaches beyond just providing kiosks, with the recent introduction of Olliv, a self-custodial wallet aimed at simplifying crypto and allowing easy onboarding into the crypto economy.
The importance of this step for CoinFlip's mission cannot be understated - by giving new users the tools needed to engage with crypto it also increases adoption and therefore the need for real world withdrawals of cryptocurrency through its ATM network. Going forward CoinFlip's two-pronged approach here may well see it leap over the competition and forge a commanding lead in its market.
