What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to strengthen our position as the leading Data Training platform for enterprise customers
- You'll lead the improvement of our enterprise software, ensuring it exceeds customer needs
- In this role, you'll deeply understand user challenges and opportunities, turning them into actionable product strategies to enhance satisfaction and keep us ahead of competitors
- Focus on making our solutions the best in the market
- Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to grow success in the enterprise segment
- Address field issues by working closely with customers and representing their needs internally
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve current products, develop new ones, and prioritize work based on customer impact
- Work with sales engineers, salespeople, solutions, and support teams
- Translate product priorities into design and engineering sprint execution
