Who you are

Early-career or graduate-level candidate (0–2 years’ experience)
Comfortable with spreadsheets and working with data
Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Confident communicator — happy to join customer calls and explain things clearly
Naturally curious and proactive; excited by learning new tools and ways of working
Experience with HubSpot, Power BI, or Zapier is a **nice to have**, not a must
A genuine interest in SaaS, data, and improving customer experiences
An interest in the constantly evolving landscape of AI and best practices around AI powered tools

What the job involves

Join customer calls to support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and take notes or follow-up actions
Helping onboarding new customers and importing existing data-sets
Maintain key internal and customer-facing dashboards
Run reports and help manage data flows across platforms (e.g. CRM exports/imports)
Set up and maintain automations in tools like Zapier and June
Support the customer success team with operational and admin tasks
Help triage customer issues and surface useful insights or trends
Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to improve support processes
Identify internal areas of inefficiency and correct these using AI or other means

A task based interview where we'll ask you to do some prior prep and then show of your skills
An in person interview in our fabulous London Bridge office
