Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a blockchain-savvy social storyteller Who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build trusted engagement with web3 And tradfi audiences alike
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with demonstrated experience managing crypto/fintech
- Brand social accounts
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, tokenization, and web3 culture/memes
- Proficiency in all social media platforms as well as social publishing & reporting platforms (i.e
- Sprout Social), CRM platforms (i.e. Hubspot)
- Working knowledge of design & video tools (i.e. Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team player with a collaborative mindset combined with an entrepreneurial, ownership Mentality
- Technical proficiency in Google suite (docs, sheets, slides), digital KPI reporting platforms, etc

What the job involves
- The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role on the Marketing team by driving Securitize’s Social presence, helping expand our reach and engagement across institutional and crypto-native Audiences
- This role will manage our day-to-day activity on social channels (i.e. X, LinkedIn, YouTube), elevate the visibility of our tokenized security ecosystem, and amplify our position as A market leader in on-chain finance
- Content Strategy & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute a compelling, channel-specific social media calendar for both the Securitize and Converge brands
- Create and curate engaging, shareable content (graphics, memes, threads, polls, etc.)
- Aligned with RWA tokenization trends
- Engage with community members, influencers, and industry leaders to drive Conversations and grow reach
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify product launches, Partnerships, and event campaigns
- Operations & Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth, And campaign outcomes
- Optimize content strategy using platform analytics and performance insights
- Manage approvals, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and compliance When necessary
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and regulatory requirements (especially in financial And securities markets)
- Additional Duties as assigned or needed
Our take
Securitize uses the blockchain to tokenize shares in private businesses which can then be bought, sold, and traded on the Securitize marketplace. It thereby brings liquidity to what were historically illiquid assets, helping private businesses raise further capital from investors - and more investors access private business assets that were once the preserve of accredited investors only.
Securitize is chalking up a number of ‘firsts’. It was the first SEC registered transfer agent to operate on the blockchain, as well as the first firm offering this service in both Europe and the US. It’s attracted some top-billing investors too, and reportedly has racked up well over a million investor accounts. On top of this, its recent acquisition of Onramp grants the company access to a large base of registered investment advisor (RIA) customers.
Securitize’s platform spans at least two major and emerging fintech trends - facilitating more transparent trading through tokenization, as well as catering to the growing appetite for private securities marketplaces. Though there are competitor marketplaces it will have to contend with, its track record of groundbreaking progress could well see it fend off rivals and secure a position at the front of this evermore lucrative market.
