Who you are
- Entry-level experience in Business Development or Sales Development in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven exposure to cold outreach and prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrated ability to work towards targets and KPIs with a results-driven mindset
- Multichannel prospecting and pipeline generation
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management with senior audiences
- Organised and disciplined approach to managing high outreach volume
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity for continuous learning
- Collaborative and coachable, with the ability to work effectively within a team
- English: Full professional proficiency is required
- Additional European languages is a bonus

What the job involves
- You'll be part of our EMEA Business Development team led by Shea Barrickman, BDR Manager EMEA. The team consists of 8 Business Development Representatives spread across Paris, London, and Barcelona. Together, you'll be driving Mirakl's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the North EMEA market, including the Nordics and the UK
- The team connects regularly through weekly team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and a yearly Global Sales Kick-off
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with major prospects across the North EMEA market, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companies in the Nordics and the UK
- Proactively prospect your market using a multichannel approach — phone, email, and LinkedIn — to generate a quality pipeline of leads
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs, across multiple touchpoints
- Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities from first contact through to closing, ensuring seamless handover and pipeline quality
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline creation in Salesforce, using performance data to continuously improve your outreach and meet your objectives

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this: if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
