What the job involves

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support/Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role combines exceptional technical support with presales assistance, ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience
Provide top-notch technical and functional support to clients worldwide through email, tickets, and remote sessions
Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency
Work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Support the sales team throughout RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights
Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address clients’ pain points
Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders
