Who you are

We are looking for a Bilingual or Trilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team
Are fluent in English and Spanish
Enjoy working with clients, providing top-level support
Think analytically
Have strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Have previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
Are tech-savvy
Previous experience using our Invgate Service Desk and Invgate Assets Management tools is a big PLUS

What the job involves

Some of the responsibilities of the role include: providing technical and functional support to clients all over the world, through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/zoom/etc), checking clients' configurations, and suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize the platform efficiency, and working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues
