Who you are
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and enterprise software
- Understanding of AI and/or big data technologies preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a startup environment or early-stage company is preferred
- 7+ years of experience exceeding sales quota
- Strong communicator and collaborator: be direct and assertive while demonstrating respect and positive regard for others
- Creative: You’ll be on point to develop and iterate on messaging, pitches, sales strategies, and pricing structures, as well as handle tough customer questions
- Deeply, conceptually technical with a voracious appetite to learn: you don’t need to code—but you need to get familiar enough with the nuances of your product and your market
- Self-aware and honest: We want you to be open about skills or experience gaps and capable of accepting and acting on feedback
- Accountable: You are willing to take ownership, are driven to constantly improve, and show a high tolerance for change and ambiguity
What the job involves
- We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive based on the east coast to join our rapidly growing team
- As an Account Executive focused on AI products and solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers
- Work with our GTM team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective enterprise customers in key industries
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and driving them to closure
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our Lamini platform and solutions as transformative tools to address their business goals
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions and drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales/solution engineering teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with customer requirements and priorities
- Work with the GTM leader on deal negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize revenue and value for both parties
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the AI and natural language processing (NLP) space
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning in the marketplace

Using cutting-edge UX (user experience) systems to boost the speed of model learning, Lamini is a small company built on powerful, well-researched AI tech.
As a young and small company, Lamini will have some trouble pitting itself against the likes of Google’s Firebase ML and Vertex AI. However, with its young leadership team researching at the likes of Stanford University and its preference for Instinct GPUs over the big players (Microsoft, Meta, Google) Nvidia A100 chips, Lamini is certainly in a position to change the game. It claims to have stoked interest from Amazon, Walmart and eBay, hinting at big things to come for the small company.
