Role
Who you are
- You have solid experience managing paid social and google ads
- You’re comfortable with both execution and strategy. As one of the first growth hires in our marketing team, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves while shaping the future of our approach
- You use data to drive marketing decisions, whether that’s understanding user behavior or assessing the impact of campaigns
- You have a strong grasp of A/B testing and growth experimentation frameworks, applying them across multiple channels
- You’re naturally curious and analytical. Instead of just following a playbook, you want to deeply understand the product and its users
- You need to be excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s careers
What the job involves
- Design and refine campaigns that attract and inspire candidates who want more from their job search, and help them land their dream role
- This is a consumer-facing role focused on paid candidate acquisition
- You’ll work across paid social, email marketing, and agency management, ensuring our strategy is cohesive and effective
- You’ll work alongside our B2B marketers to ensure you’re making the most of shared agency support and internal resources
- You’ll take a hands-on approach, pulling the right growth levers to drive impact
- You’ll collaborate closely with RevOps turning data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Making sure our pool of candidates are keeping their profiles up to date
- As the voice of the candidate, you’ll champion their experience, ensuring our marketing efforts are relevant, supportive, and effective
- Collaborate with customer success to identify our valued customers' specific hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to source their ideal candidates
- Advocate for the candidate experience and ensure our marketing initiatives are relevant, supportive, and effective
- You’ll have plenty of opportunities to closely collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to further our candidate first-mission
Application process
- Initial Interview with People team to understand your motivations & experience to date. (30 mins)
- Skills Based Interview with a member of the marketing team. Ahead of this, we will ask you to prepare a brief task to discuss together. (60 mins)
- Final Round Interviews, based on our values and ways of working with the UK/US Marketing Director and additional leadership team member (60 mins)
