Role
Who you are
- IAM Domain Knowledge: 1-4 years of experience in IAM/IGA environments (Saviynt experience is a major plus)
- Product Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product manager role, with a proven ability to manage backlogs and prioritize work based on value
- Project or Product Management: Prior experience in IT Project Management, Product Management or Business Analysis, giving you a strong grasp of driving delivery of roadmaps; assigning work, driving meetings, managing product risks and dependencies and managing stakeholders
- Agile Framework: Proven experience in driving delivery using Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) would be considered a plus
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with IGA tools, SSO providers, and directory services
- Strategic Impact: Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and long-term solutions
- Collaborative Mindset: A "Make It Together" approach, helping teams grow and solving impossible challenges with energy and positivity
- Strategic Vision: Ability to adjust the IAM vision as the corporate ecosystem develops, ensuring the platform remains concrete and usage-based

What the job involves
- Reporting to the Lead, IT Product & Project Management, the IAM Product & Delivery Specialist is the engine behind our Identity and Access Management service
- This role is designed for an intermediate professional who has successfully transitioned from IT Project Management into a Product-centric model over the last ~2 years
- You will own the execution of the IAM roadmap, driving the team to hit delivery timelines while ensuring our IGA platform (Saviynt) provides maximum value to the business
- Execution & Timeline Stewardship: Act as the primary driver for the delivery team. You are responsible for ensuring the team executes against the roadmap and hits implementation milestones on time
- Backlog & Requirement Leadership: Own and prioritize the IAM backlog. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Delivery Coordination: Bridge the gap between technical system admins and business stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to keep the project on track
- Service Evolution: Lead the incremental improvement of IAM features, moving beyond one-off projects to an agile incremental approach to ensure a sustainable, long-term service
- Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between technical integrators and business users to ensure identity workflows are both secure and user-friendly
- Standardized Onboarding: Drive the process for integrating new SaaS applications into the IAM ecosystem, ensuring the process is efficient, repeatable, and scalable
- Quality & UAT Oversight: Ensure every release meets high-quality standards. Partner with stakeholders to lead rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Knowledge Retention: With the support of the IAM Analyst, own the documentation, SOPs, and training materials required to ensure team continuity and operational excellence
