Sales Development Representative, Optio

• You have excellent communication skills in German, but English is also important to us (as our corporate language) with any additional language being a big plus
• You are analytical and structured with big data sets, but also able to think and react quickly when needed

• In the role of an SDR at Optio, you will play an important role in the company's commercial team and the company's future plans
• You will be reporting directly to the SDR manager (about to be hired) and be vital in Optio's commercial success initially working from our office in Barcelona, where we are setting up our hub for SDR activity
• The goal of your role is to lay the foundation for Optio's commercial development in to new markets by mapping the markets, documenting findings, and updating prospect lists, together with also prospecting companies, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with C-level executives and vice presidents in private and listed companies
• You will work closely with our CCO (Kristian) and CCO (Mats) for the international market to identify targets, as well as your SDR manager located in Barcelona
• You will use CRM tools and Marketing Automation tools extensively and you will have the opportunity to travel and work from our other offices in Europe
• Track the market and continuously stay up to date on news regarding relevant stakeholders, contacts, and companies
• Ensuring prospecting lists are always updated and of high quality
• Initiate contact with new prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn and qualify both incoming and outbound leads
• Set up automated market activities together and analyze the effects of these activities
• Create content used for commercial and market purposes
• Work closely with colleagues in other offices and markets
