Who you are
- Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. Proficiency in project management software and Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall) methodologies is essential
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet is mandatory
- Metrics and Data driven decision making mind-set
- Strong experience with PMP, Agile and other Software PMO related activities
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management

- Visual Presentation & Tools: PowerPoint, Product Board, AHA, Excel, JIRA, etc. Must be able to describe the why, what, and overall statue of multiple programs through visualization
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and long-term vision in the context of business and marketing objectives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, or API-based architectures is a plus
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) if in healthcare, finance, or other regulated domains is a plus

- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Oversee the execution of multiple projects, often with overlapping timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison between, Product development, QA, Customer Support and Product Management, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed of project status, changes, and milestones
- Identify potential risks and issues in project plans. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
- Continually assess and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with other departments (such as sales, customer success and services teams) to ensure a cohesive approach to project management and client service
