Who you are
- 4+ years of direct product marketing experience
- Experience inside a business-to-business (B2B), software-as-a-service (Saas) organization
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; a storyteller
- Ability to write at a high, general level with necessary over-simplifications as well as the ability to write with a more precise level of technical accuracy
- Comfortable running small training groups, hosting product-driven webinars, and having non-sales-related conversations with customers
- Excellent organization skills; able to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and keep various work streams on track
- You are ambitious and eager to make an impact at Botify
What the job involves
- At Botify, Senior Product Marketing Managers are responsible for bridging the gap between what our technology can do and why that matters (or could matter!) to different audiences
- You will help shape the product, drive launch and commercialization, and grow product adoption post-launch
- Develop cross-functional, go-to-market strategies and drive well-executed product launches
- Craft solution-based narratives and differentiated positioning for our target audiences to highlight Botify’s products and services in the market
- Enable sales and client-facing teams with compelling content, use cases, and qualitative proof points to help drive pipeline and adoption
- Understand the problems, emotions, and pain points of our customers to inform the product roadmap and marketing priorities
- Partner with the marketing team (content, field, and brand) to create programs to increase customer engagement and adoption, as well as execute global and regional campaigns and events
- Develop and launch internal training in collaboration with the commercial enablement team to help drive adoption
