Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Product Management, Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across product management, Business Analyst, or digital consulting, with a track record of delivering successful digital products
- Strong analytical, communicative, and collaborative skills, with experience in developing and measuring product metrics
- Strong core consulting skills and capabilities including client management, slide building and cost analysis
- Good understanding of business development processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, data analysis, and engineering teams to deliver successful products
- Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for sports developments and trends
What the job involves
- Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps for Two Circles' clients in the sports industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the data analysis, design, and engineering teams, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget
- Work closely with internal and external teams to define, capture, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define processes, map customer journeys, and user stories, with a focus on optimizing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with designers to create cutting-edge functional and aesthetically delightful experiences that align with business goals
- Analyze user behavior and prioritize user needs, defining features and functionality for multiple products at once by adopting a metrics-driven approach
- Ensure that all products managed meet and exceed the highest experience and quality expectations within the digital product industry, while also addressing business requirements

Two Circles works with more than 300 sports rights holders including the likes of the NFL, UEFA, F1, and the ICC as well as $1bn sponsorship revenues. A series of acquisitions have contributed to the expansion of the business - for example, that of Australia-based digital specialist Codeware, which came alongside the opening of a Melbourne office, has enabled it to grow its presence in the Oceania region and bolster its tech offering
