Role
Who you are
- You have any of the following: Associates or Bachelors Degree or mixture of education and years of experience
- You have 1+ years of professional experience in an IT administration or like role
- You have good knowledge in Windows (Win11), MacOS, Printers, Jira, etc
- You are interested in, and eager to learn more about, scripting languages and process automation
- You work reliably, independently and produce high-quality work
- You are interested in or have worked in a global matrix environment
- You have the ability to travel internationally, and a valid passport must be provided at the time of hire
- You are located in Denver, Colorado and can work on-site from our Denver office 3-4 days per week
What the job involves
- You will provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical issues.
- You will support employees located in all global offices, with on-site support from our Denver location
- You will provide timely hardware and software solutions for employees both remotely and on-site, ensuring communication throughout the resolution process via our internal support ticketing system
- You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes
- You will manage varying level priorities of tasks and maintain the workflow of our day to day needs
- You will provide hands-on support to a developing NA Office in Denver, CO
