What the job involves
- Therabody is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Associate to assist our domestic and international sales teams with order fulfillment and distributor relations
- Verify and enter incoming B2B purchase orders
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, tracking, etc
- Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to the 3PL for shipment
- Review order book daily to ensure expected ship dates are accurate
- Report expected revenue for each month based on current order book
- Coordinate special handling of orders with 3PL and logistics team
- Respond to RMA and warranty replacement requests
- Enter and track Free of Charge (FOC) orders
- Specialty handling of orders for top clients and partnerships
- Set up new SKUs with customers
- Support sales on administrative items
- Support sales ops team on special projects
