Role
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B tech Product Marketing
- Or more than 5 years of experience in the industrial sector with a strong affinity for tech products/AI and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Product Marketing fundamentals:
- Messaging & storytelling
- Go-to-market
- Market and competitive analysis
- Sales enablement
- Strong interest in the industrial sector; knowledge of lean management practices is a plus
- Comfortable in dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative environments
- Appetite for data and performance indicators
- Structured mindset, sense of impact, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Native French, Fluent English, German appreciated
What the job involves
- We are recruiting a Senior Product Marketing Manager
- This is a key role at the intersection of product, market, and internal teams
- The position requires a genuine interest in the industrial sector and close, ongoing collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, as well as regular contact with industrial clients
- Beyond operational responsibilities, this role will actively contribute to strengthening and disseminating Product Marketing best practices within the organization
- Be the market, customer, and product expert:
- Be an expert on our offerings, industry trends, and competition to refine our positioning
- Monitor and analyze product, win/loss, and go-to-market performance data
- Work closely with Product teams to integrate market and customer feedbacks and influence the roadmap
- Messaging & Positioning:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the “why” behind each feature and define value propositions and messaging for different product components
- Contribute to defining Fabriq’s positioning and sales narrative
- GTM Orchestration:
- Define, lead, and execute go-to-market strategies (product launches, new features, new offerings)
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on launch campaigns and product messaging
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support sales performance (upsell campaigns, expansion, sales plays)
- Content & Assets:
- Produce key product marketing assets: product pages, newsletters, launch kits, customer success stories, competitive benchmarks, webinar content, and internal training materials
- Manage product-related customer communications (e.g., emailing / in-app messages via Intercom)
- Coordinate with Marketing teams on activations, content, and campaigns
