• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
• 1+ years of combined professional experience in an accounting department or office administration environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel)
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently to complete projects
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with internal and external customers

• Respond to inquiries from merchants and team members
• Initiate ACH payments through an online banking portal and accurately record transactions in the system
• Generate and email monthly account statements to merchant partners
• Monitor merchant accounts receivable aging and perform follow up procedures as necessary
• Prepare and process bank deposits using a remote deposit scanner
• Receive, sort, and process inbound mail packages
• Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities
