Who you are
- If you’ve ever wanted to build something that turns complex data into clarity and empowers marketers to trust their numbers again - this is your chance
- You’re an experienced product manager (typically 4+ years) who has built or worked deeply on data, analytics, or attribution products
- You care as much about the why as the what, you want to understand the customer problem before the feature
- You love shipping MVPs and iterating fast. You believe small experiments drive big learnings
- You’re fluent enough in data concepts to talk comfortably about events, pipelines, and attribution models, even if you’re not a data engineer
- You thrive on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring clarity from ambiguity
- You’re excited by the idea of building something new from zero to one, shaping not just features, but how the product and team evolve
What the job involves
- Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we only hire within the US. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC
- Freshpaint is building the future of healthcare performance platform - turning first-party data into clear, actionable marketing intelligence
- You’ll lead the product strategy, execution, and customer feedback loop for one of the most important initiatives in our roadmap: helping healthcare marketers understand what’s actually driving conversions
- You’ll partner closely with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to define how attribution, analytics, and insight delivery work inside Freshpaint
- This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and decision-making, making it one of the most visible and impactful positions on the product team
- Shape a Flagship Product- You’ll define and build one of Freshpaint’s most strategic products, the foundation for how every customer will understand their marketing performance. Your work will directly impact how healthcare organizations make decisions every day
- Work Across the Stack- From modeling first-party data to crafting AI-powered Insights, you’ll touch every layer; data, UI, and intelligence. This role gives you end-to-end ownership across technical and customer-facing systems
- Have High Visibility and Real Autonomy- You’ll work directly with leadership, data, and our go-to-market teams. You’ll have the autonomy to shape roadmap direction and the visibility that comes with leading a key company initiative
Our take
Accurate and compliant customer data has never been more important. However, acquiring and activating this data can prove very difficult and expensive for organizations without a dedicated engineering team - and especially in industries that handle a lot of sensitive data.
Freshpaint helps to change this with its platform that allows users to connect and standardize customer data, create behavioral datasets, and activate their data – all without a single line of code. HIPAA compliant, the platform serves organisations across the healthcare industry to help them learn how to better serve patients, while keeping their information safe.
The company boasts many positive case studies from organizations across the healthcare landscape. With strong funding at its back, Freshpaint is working to further expand its offerings to ensure these clients can safeguard sensitive data while still getting the most out of it.
