Role
Who you are
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible customer service/account management experience in a quota-carrying environment including strong personal computing, smart phone and tablet skills; or an equivalent combination of directly related education and experience
Desirable
- Sales experience within a healthcare related field
What the job involves
- Initiate and maintain contact with key personnel and facilitate proper information flow and communication between CyraCom and established customers
- Maintain files and records for accounts; input data into proprietary reporting systems
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers; present a professional image and demeanor when representing the company
- Support ongoing training and assist in retraining customer personnel in proper procedures for using CyraCom products and services
- In a proactive manner, look for ways to improve client language access program, anticipate customer needs, and offer creative solutions
- Actively participate in Marketing or Account Management campaigns and any client or prospect follow-up
- Work independently as well as in a team atmosphere with fellow Account Specialists, Business Research & Development Specialists, and across various departments
- Log client outreach into Weekly activity in SalesForce by logging meetings with clients (calls, emails, etc.) to help you meet your goals
- Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices
- Demonstrate a continued commitment to professional education and industry best practices
- Maintain accountability for revenue retention and growth of an assigned client base by building client relationships, assessing language services need, and expanding product portfolio in accordance with assigned account growth plan (minutes and revenue)
- Maintain, create, and develop all proposals, contracts, and education efforts for assigned business accounts
- Hands-On-Training of new team members could include shadowing, participating and demonstrating CyraCom processes

Traditionally, translation clients will email their files to a translator's individual computer, which represents a significant security risk. CyraCom instead operates its own portal, in which all editing and proofreading is completed. This way, the completed translation never leaves the portal and remains secure.
Further, industry practice has generally been to hire independent contractors to do the translation - who cannot be trained to a given standard and hence have varied skills.
