What the job involves

  • As a Lead Software Engineer on Workflow Automations, you will play a crucial role in helping create products that make our customers’ lives easier. We are a set of three subteams. Our product teams enable employees to set up and automate complex business processes via intuitive experiences
  • Our platform team builds scalable capabilities that unlock automations for other product use cases throughout the company. Together we are building an experience that will enable Personio to effortlessly satisfy the most demanding of customers
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software products
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
