Role
Who you are
- You must be fluent in French
- You must be a strong, natural communicator and build relationships easily
- You must be organised, detail orientated and be able to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise way
- You must be naturally curious and be driven to understand how things work
Desirable
- Ideally you will have some work experience in any sector, ideally in sales - where you can demonstrate to some key traits - ambition, partnership, excellence, drive and accountability
What the job involves
- Building product - we build detailed market research products to advise our clients on their competitors org charts and structure - helping them to identify and target the best people for their business - this takes high levers of research and understanding - facilitated through building long standing trusted relationships
- Developing knowledge - to be able to build high quality value product, you will need to understand how your markets work - who does what and how they fit into their organisation - and how they might fit into the structure of on of our clients
- Establishing trusted relationships - we will want you to be a spechalist in the market you operate in - a key part of that is combining your market knowledge and product to develop trusted relationships with the participants in the part of the market that you cover
- Facilitate networked introductions - once you have built and developed your network, supported by your market knowledge and product maps - you will need to be able to facilitate introductions - this is a key process in us being able to make money
