What the job involves
- You will welcome new B2B accounts to the MOTORS & Cazoo platforms and introduce customers to their advertising packages
- Support customers through Onboarding journey, providing both product knowledge and completing technical processes to set up their account in a timely manner
- You’ll drive solutions, escalating any technical issues and ensure the next steps are communicated to the customer
- Driving a customer powered approach, you will ensure that customers have the necessary information and technical support to get their advertising live in line with internal SLA’s
- A role with autonomy, owning end to end onboarding process including, outbound and inbound calls, case management, feed set up and sales support
