Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within the fintech space
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and others
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Construction industry knowledge is strongly preferred
- Experience marketing a financial product is strongly preferred
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead the promotion and expansion of our Early Pay Program—an innovative financial solution addressing cash flow challenges for contractors in the construction industry. Additionally, you will lead initiatives for our cutting edge AI-enabled CFO Suite, CRU.AI
- In this key role, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand, generate leads, and showcase the value of our products. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and creative approaches to engage with our target audience and scale adoption of the Early Pay Program
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored to the construction industry, aligning with our target Subcontractor audience and business goals
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling content and resources, such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and more, to engage with SMB construction companies
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising, to reach business owners and C-suite decision makers
- Identify and segment target audiences within the construction sector to personalize and maximize the impact of marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and make data-driven improvements
- Coordinate events to increase industry engagement
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on strategy
- Generate thoughtful and relevant content that will engage our key target audiences
- Stay up-to-date on construction industry trends to enhance our demand generation efforts
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on exceeding goals
Our take
Large construction projects take a long time to finish, and subcontractors can get caught up in the flow of money, waiting up to 80 days to be paid by general contractors. Such situations not only lead to project delays but also impose the burden of financing their project segments onto subcontractors. However, Constrafor has set out to change this through its SaaS construction procurement platform.
It streamlines information and documentation for how general contractors work with subcontractors and assumes the risk for the subcontractor invoice, freeing up cash flow. The general contractor then reimburses Constrafor for the invoice; its revenue is based on taking in about 2% of the value of the invoice.
Given that construction companies typically allocate less than 1.5% of their revenue to technology investments, Constrafor finds itself in substantial demand. It stands out by offering tailored solutions, designed and developed on behalf of these companies. Bolstered by Series A funding, Constrafor is poised to elevate its operations, effectively facilitating crucial functions like payroll management and other pivotal aspects of the construction process.
