Technical Writer, Veeva

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
• Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Experience with Git, and Markdown language
• Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators)
• Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training
• Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate

• We’re looking for someone to create and maintain both training and documentation materials
• You would be instrumental in helping our new offering scale and grow
• This role is responsible for creating the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering
• They will help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate
• Customers using the new offering require training on the software and best practices
• This role is responsible for delivering a robust online help site to quickly and efficiently bring customers up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added
