Role
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or university, specializing in finance:
- Good knowledge of Python required
- Knowledge of SAS in bonus
- Computing proficiency (DataBase, VBA, Excel, SQL)
- Strong capacity for data analyses
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, especially on bonds and repo
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
What the job involves
- Implementation in Python of Risk parameters estimation used for margin calculation by the Clearing House to:
- Daily monitoring the evolution of these parameters
- Automatic analyse of the reasons of the evolution of these parameters
- Estimate the impact of the change of these parameters
- Example of parameters: Parameters of class for Initial Margin of bonds non-Var eligible, parameters
- Creation of reports to show the results
- Automation of data loading for Python program:
- Static (ex : referential of bonds)
- Dynamic (ex : trades, bonds prices, rate curves)
- Improvement of process

Most recently, the London Stock Exchange has made moves to support the evolution of private markets, and further build its presence in this space. It partnered with Floww, a platform that connects investors with private companies, with aims to launch a private primary capital raising facility, as well as explore new technologies and secondary market options for the platform.
